Terms of Service

Effective September 4, 2026

These terms govern use of the EagleCourt AI platform operated by EagleCourt AI LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

EagleCourt AI provides tennis training analysis: video-based technique analysis, session reports, coaching reviews, attendance and related tools for academies, coaches, players and parents. Analysis output is coaching assistance, not medical or safety advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
Accounts for minors are managed by the minor's academy or parent/guardian.
We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.

Your content

Videos and data you upload remain yours. You grant us the license needed to store, process and analyze them in order to provide the service. You confirm you have the right (including any required parental consent) to upload the content you submit.

YouTube

The YouTube Drills feature uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
Connect only a channel you own or are authorised to use. Videos remain on YouTube and are played through YouTube's player; EagleCourt AI does not download or store video files.
You may disconnect the channel at any time from the YouTube Drills screen or from your Google account's security settings. See our Privacy Policy for what is read and kept.

SMS terms

By opting in to SMS you consent to receive text notifications from EagleCourt AI (session reports, coaching reviews, attendance and account alerts).
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
